Properties
1,PE 110 belongs to low molecular PE waxes, with high melting
point,high hardness,and low viscosity.Its melting range is
reasonable, and the temperature resistance and chemical stability
are perfect.
2,It can be used as an external lubricant and dispersant to
disperse pigments & fillers, and adjust the system viscosity to
improve products curing speed, hardness,gloss and wear resistance.
3,The molecular structure is simple,without harmful ingredients. It
is tasteless and environment-friendly, having passed ROHS
certification.

Contents and Methods of Use
In different systems, the additional amount of the wax powder is
generally between 0.2 to 3%.
Usually by way of a direct high-speed stirring, it dispersed in
solvent-based coatings and printing inks.
Through a variety of grinding machines and high-shear dispersing
device is added, use the mill to grind, to pay attention, and to
control the temperature.
Pre-dispersing treatment can be performed to prepare a
concentration of 20-30% wax slurry, when needed to add into the
system, thus reducing the time of wax dispersion.
