Brief introduction:
PVC foam regulator is made from acrylate monomer by emulsion
polymerization process.
It has not only high melt strength but excellent fusion property as
well .In the same time, It is mainly used to improve the uniformity
of the foaming hole, promote fusion and melt, improve the surface
quality of the finished product.
When it is used as processing aid. It can enhance the melt
strength, endow with better surface brightness.
It is white powder. It can be dissolved in ketone and chloroform,
but not in water and alcohol.
Application and suggested use
This series mainly used in WPC foaming board ,WPC window
profiles,WPC outdoors profiles and WPC rigide profiles .
Users should choose suitable product model and add copies acoording
to product characteristics of each model and meanwhile combine with
their product requirements, formulation system and the
