Product Description:
PVC impact modifierAT 801) has fine multiple physical property with
good low-temperature flexibility and better tearing strength. Its
dissolved parameter are nearly same as PVC and it has good affinity
with PVC. Under the condition of right processing, it can form a
network composition inside of the hard PVC finish products and give
them good normal, low-temperature flexibility and impact strength.
PVC IMPACT MODIFIER(AT 801) is Mainly used for producing PVC
profiles, U-PVC waterpipe & sewer pipe, cold curved pipeline, PVC
blowing board and PVC extrusion board.

increasing extruder amps.
Application:
Mainly used for WPC & foaming material product,such as:PVC WPC
foaming profile,plate,WPC building template,foaming profile,foaming board etc rigid product.
It is multi-graft copolymer made from butyl acrylate, methyl
methacrylate monomer by emulsion polymerization process.
It is “core-shell” structure in sub-microcosmic. The core(rubber
phase)is cross-linked Poly-BA, and the shell (plastic phase)is
grafted Poly-MMA.
It can form homogenous phase while it co-plasticize with PVC
because the solubility of Poly-MMA is close to pvc . The rubber
phase will be distributed uniformly in tiny ball shape in PVC
medium and form particular “sea-island” structure. This structure
can absorbe and disperse the energy which is put on pvc rigid
product by impact.
Packing and Storage: 25kg/bag: PP wolven bag with PE bag inside. It
should be kept in cool and dry places, with valid time of two
years, it can be still used if qualified by inspection after valid
life
